Hi Heatwaves Families!

We are SO excited for this swim season; we've missed seeing all of our families gather every Saturday and are pumped to welcome back our swimmers as well as add new members to our swim team family! Please read through as I'm updating everyone on several important items!

Dry land practice started last week. Swim practice in the pool begins tomorrow! Please send your swimmer with appropriate suit, goggles, and swim cap. See attached hand out for practice time and suit info. If you have conflicting after school activities, please let Coach know ahead of time; don't wait until your swimmer is missing a practice as it's likely Coach doesn't have her phone pool side.

Our mock meet is May 15th (see attached). It's VERY important to attend this meet because we must have a seed time for every swimmer. For those new to swim team, this event will introduce your family to a live meet and help your swimmer prepare for the first real meet and going off the starter blocks.

Also on May 15th, we will host our BINGO fundraiser (see BINGO flyer). This is a fun event for swim team families and neighbors. We kindly request guests be at least 18 years of age. We are asking for donations to utilize as prizes for the BINGO games. Please contact Nicole Allen (610-248-4745) or Kelly Blackstone (713-548-3827)for donation inquiries, drop-offs, or to sign up as a volunteer.

Tent/Equipment dads needed to inspect and repair starter blocks before first meet! Please coordinate with Cory Andrews (see info handout).
