Visiting team will get the pool from 7:40-8:00 for warm-ups. Please get all scratches made by 8:00 am. 

Visiting coaches can set their tent up between the HST coach's tent and the backstroke flags. Parents and swimmers are NOT to hang out in the coaches area. 

• Officials Meeting is at 8:05 am is on the pool deck under the white tent between the kiddie pool and the swimming pool. 
• Timers & Scribes meeting is at 8:15 am is on the pool deck between the kiddie pool and the swimming pool. 
• Ready Bench Meeting for all ready bench volunteers is at 8:15am on the pool deck next to the diving board. 

Hearthstone Heatwaves pool is 5 lanes and we split our meets into two volunteer sessions. 

The first session is from Events 1 - 41 and the second session is from Events 42 - 80. 

Visiting team is to provide the following volunteers for each session: 

• 15 Timers 
  • 7 timers for 1st shift, 8 timers for 2nd shift
• 5 Scribes 
  • 3 scribers for 1st shift, 2 scribers for 2nd shift
• 1 Runner volunteer for 2nd shift
• 1 Ribbons volunteer for entire meet for your team’s ribbons
• 2 Ready Bench Volunteers 
  • 1 volunteer for 1st shift, 1 volunteer for 2nd shift, 
  • OR 1 volunteer for entire meet

Parking is only permitted in the lower lot of the country club facing the pool as well as street parking is only permitted on one side of the street (GREEN HIGHLIGHTED AREA). 

No parking is allowed in the patio homes private drive (homes next to the club). RED AREA.

Tent Setups can only be outside the pool fence on the grass. An area for coaches will be reserved inside the pool deck area next to the pool. 

We request the visiting team also bring the following: 

• Electronic Starter as a back-up 
• Extra Stop Watches as back-up  
• an extra laptop for back-up and to assist Computer Administrator 
• an extra printer for back-up and to assist Computer Administrator
