Dear Team Parents,

I hope this message finds you well. As we gear up for another exciting season, we are reaching out to ask for your support in an important fundraising effort. Our team has the been nominated as the charity for the annual Charity Classic golf tournament at Hearthstone. Proceeds will go to our swim team.

The golf tournament is Monday, November 11^th. Click here to register to play and/or sponsor.

To make this event a success, we need your help:

1. Donations for Raffle Gift Baskets: Please prepare a gift basket that will be raffled off during the tournament - one basket per family. Ideas for baskets include: spa, Astros, Texans, College teams, liquor, tailgate, and gift cards. Please drop your basket off to Nicole Monroe or Neeli Sharrett by Friday, November 8^th. 2. Donations for Prizes & Silent Auction Items: Any contributions, big or small, are greatly appreciated. Gift cards for winners, items/products for silent auction items. Please drop off to Neeli Sharrett by Friday, November 8^th. Text to coordinate time for drop-off.

3. Business Donations for Sponsors: If you have connections with local businesses, please consider asking them for donations or sponsorships. We are particularly looking for a hole-in-one, beverage cart sponsors, and/or hole sponsors. Great for advertisements. Hearthstone will provide most sponsors with guest passes to play at Hearthstone Country Club.
4. 5K Walk: For those who are not golfers, we are organizing a walk-a-thon. Join us for coffee and a group walk while supporting the team.
5. Putt Contest: Join us after golf for a putt challenge at the putting green.
6. Participation & Spread the Word: We encourage everyone to come out and participate the day of the tournament. It’s a great way to support the team and enjoy the day! We will have flyers printed and will need your support in passing them out to your neighbors, local businesses, schools, and churches. Let’s use Halloween night as a final round to pass out flyers too. Please text Neeli to coordinate time for flyer pick-up.

We are also looking for help to organize, manage efforts, and work the day of the tournament. If you are interested in joining, please let Neeli know (832-443-0772).
