Calling all golfers, walkers, and sponsors!!  Here are a few things that we need from the team.

• Raffle Gift Baskets: Please prepare a gift basket that will be raffled off during the tournament - one basket per family. Ideas for baskets include: spa, Astros, Texans, College teams, liquor, tailgate, and gift cards. Please drop your basket off to Nicole Monroe or Neeli Sharrett by Friday, November 8^th or sooner. • Sponsorships: If you have connections with local businesses, please consider asking them for donations or sponsorships. We are particularly looking for a hole-in-one, beverage cart sponsors, and/or hole sponsors. Great for advertisements. Hearthstone will provide most sponsors with guest passes to play at Hearthstone Country Club.See attached sponsorship form but signup can be done online.
• Register to play, walk, or putt: Have you registered for the tournament yet?? Click here to signup for the tournament.There are separate registration options to golf vs. add-ons for 5K walk and putt contest only.You don’t have to be a member to participate.

We hope everyone can come out and participate the day of the tournament. It’s a great way to support the team and enjoy the day! Please help in passing out flyers to your neighbors, local businesses, schools, and churches. Let’s use Halloween night as a final round to pass out flyers too.
