Fundraiser packages have been distributed!!  We are excited about the season and want to reach out to highlight our Heatwaves 2025 fundraisers.

Why We Fundraise: Your support keeps our team strong and ensures we provide the best experience for our swimmers. This year’s key needs include:

• 🎵 DJ Equipment & ⏱ Time Drop System – For better events & accurate meet tracking
• 🏊 New Swim Fins – Quality gear for every swimmer
• 🚧 Additional Lane Lines – For safer, more efficient practices
• 🏊 Pool Facility Fee – A new cost required by our host pool
• 🎉 Annual Expenses – Meet entries, parties, and senior scholarships

Fundraising Events:

💦 Swim-A-Thon – May 20

Swimmers collect per-lap pledges or flat donations.
🎯 Goal: $100/swimmer
🏅 Prizes for Top 3 Fundraisers!

🎉 Bingo Block Party Night & Raffle – June 7^th (6-9pm)

Raffle includes prizes such as gift cards, gift baskets, and much more! Swimmers to sell raffle tickets $10 per ticket.  Raffle winners will be announced at Bingo Block Party.  Invite your friends & neighbors too!
